Staying at Awi's Guest House was an absolute delight, immersing me in the enchanting atmosphere of ancient Nubian hospitality and warmth. the genuine care and assistance provided by Awi, his wife, and son Hassan were exceptional, from arranging transport to ensuring a comfortable stay. the picturesque setting right by the water's edge, with a charming terrace offering splendid views, was truly captivating. the clean rooms, equipped with strong Wi-Fi and efficient air conditioning, added modern comforts seamlessly blending with the traditional Nubian style. A highlight was the shared kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals while soaking in the local ambiance. A memorable experience where every detail, from the delicious breakfast to the genuine interactions with locals, added immense value to my journey in Elephant Island.
